What is Proxy Server : Proxy Server kya hai
Proxy Server kya hota hai : Proxy server एक dedicated computer or एक software system या प्रोग्राम होता है जो की user’s computer एवं internet के बीच intermediary का role play करता है यह client computers को किसी भी दूसरे नेटवर्क पर indirect network connections establish करने में help करता है |
How it works ?
जब proxy सर्वर को use करते है तो client computers सबसे पहले proxy server से connect होता है एवं resources की request करता है जैसे की कोई web pages, games, videos, mp3, e-books, या कुछ और जो भी user को internet से चाहिए हो | जैसे ही ये request proxy server को मिलती है ये अपनी hard disk पर या फिर cache से information search करने की कोशिश करता है अगर resources cached मे मिल जाते है तो ये उनको client computers को return कर देता है अगर नहीं मिलते तो relevant servers से connect करके client computers के behalf पर resources की request place कर देता है | उसके बाद request resources को remote server से ले कर अपने पास cache कर के resources को return कर देता है |
प्रॉक्सी सर्वर की cache इसका बहुत अच्छा advantage है | proxy server की cache बहुत सारे user की बहुत सारी demand पूरी कर सकता है | अगर बहुत सारी साइट्स या रिसोर्स को बार बार access किया जाये तो proxy के पास cache अच्छी बन जाती है जिससे की इसका response time better हो जाता है | एक सबसे important बात की remote website जो की client computer access कर रहा है वो कभी भी directly contact मे नहीं आता क्योकि वो request proxy server के through forward हो रही है |
Why use Proxy Server ?
आज कल हम प्रॉक्सी सर्वर बहुत सारे reasons से use करते है जैसे की local area नेटवर्क मे इंटरनेट कनेक्शन sharing के लिए, अपने कंप्यूटर का IP address hide करने के लिए , to implement Internet access control, blocked websites को एक्सेस करने के लिए, To speed up Internet surfing, regional restrictions को bpass करने के लिए etc |
